I'm a restaurant operator, not a consultant. I've run multiple restaurants for sixteen years. Before that, I sat at a computer for ten years in the art industry, where learning new software and tools was a requirement to stay current and productive. Those skills carried into business. I was constantly looking for ways to make my job easier.
When ChatGPT showed up, I went straight down the rabbit hole. Are you going to try to sell me something?
Only if there's something worth selling you. Some of what I find will be simple enough that you should just go do it yourself, and I'll tell you that. Some of it is bigger, and I'd be glad to build and run it for you. But that's a separate conversation and a separate decision. The assessment stands on its own. You can take the report and never speak to me again.
What if AI doesn't work for my business?
If your business runs on computers, phones, or paperwork, there's something here for you. Businesses live and die on repetition, and I've yet to see one where nothing repeats. The industry changes from client to client. The pattern doesn't. Even your unique situation has time-killers draining you and your team away from the work that actually matters.
Do I need to be technical?
